Senior Internal Auditor
You carry out internal audits in a small team at Franke Group Companies with the ultimate goal to increase effectiveness and efficiency. This includes planning of the audit, leading the team during the audit, reviewing business processes through interviewing local management and preparing audit work papers. You facilitate the communication of audit results, through written reports and oral representation to the Audit Committee and Group Management and follow up with progress and development reports.
Qualifications:
- University or Higher Education (FH); CIA considered as an advantage
- At least 4 years operational experience in industrial environment in marketing and sales, manufacturing or supply chain management
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, open-minded for different countries, cultures and practices
- Interview and analytical skills
- Provide value added services to company
- Motivation to travel more than 50% to various locations around the world / typically stay for 1 – 2 weeks at the time
- Self supporting and motivating with limited supervision, team player
